CHECK-IN

Passengers without vehicle:

There are separate check-in counters for individual and group passengers in the terminal. Now you do not need to stand in the line to make the check-in for your cruise. Make the check-in comfortably yourself by using the self-service kiosk in the Värtan terminal. (max 9 persons/booking).

Passengers with vehicles:

Passengers with vehicles traveling to Helsinki, Turku and Tallinn must carefully follow the signs when arriving at the Värtan terminal. 

HOW TO GET THERE

From/to the airport
All four of Stockholm’s airports are connected to downtown by airport coaches as well as municipal alternatives.
The airport train Arlanda-Express leaves from the central station (City-terminalen), the journey takes 20 minutes. The one-way ticket costs about SEK 220. See more at arlandaexpress.com

By public transportation

The closest metro station stop is Gärdet (approx. 700 m), which can also be reached by wheelchair and strollers.

SL busses nr 1 and 76 run to and from the port of Värtahamnen. No. 1 drives from Gärdet stop to the city center. No. 76 Värtahamnens stop close to Tallink Silja terminal (150 m) is suitable when going to/from Djurgården Island and the Royal Palace.

Tallink Silja City transfer

Our shuttle bus (Västanhede) takes you from Värtahamnen to Stockholm City Terminal in 15 minutes. Tickets can be bought in advance Online. In the bus tickets can be bought with card. Check the timetable and more info →
